Starting January 28th Bologna is hosting a modern art fair.  This article from La Repubblica describes the various installations that are set up in the center of the city.  Organizers are encouraging visitors who come to view the contemporary pieces to also visit the historic sites that are hosting them.  The new is thus linked to the old and it’s an occasion for collectors and appreciators of modern art to learn about the old city of Bologna.
